The filtering screen plate is an milled screen plate, made of stainless steel 304 with an interval of 0.7-0.9mm. The screen plate is precisely machined without deformation after long-time use. In order to realize good filtration, it can be equipped with a grain raking device. The grain raking device consists of motor, driving shaft, raker carrier and raker. The raker carrier is installed on the driving shaft. The raker inclination angle and quantity have been strictly calculated and designed. The annular grain washing pipe is installed at the upper part of the tank, so that the grain layer will not be damaged during grain washing.
